Most hihetetlennek tűnik, hogy én "valaha" ilyesmikkel is foglalkoztam, pedig korábban, amikor még városi remete voltam, az ilyen állásajánlatok jelentették az egzisztenciám pilléreit. Ebbe itt valamelyik portál hirdetései közt botlottam bele, és bár határozott pénzszagot áraszt, úgy néztem bele, mint egy régi emlékkönyvbe, egy kis nosztalgikus kíváncsisággal... (Végig se olvastam; úgyhogy csak most, ennek a bejegyzésnek a szerkesztésekor vettem észre, hogy amúgy nem is felelnék meg a követelménynek, pl. nem vezettem 5 évig csapatokat, és hálistennek banki tapasztalataim sincsenek, illetve nem kifejezetten ilyen "front office" természetűek, hanem a Homár legmélyebb bugyraiba valók... Ja, amúgy azt se tudom, mi az a "front office", 15 év szakmai múlt után. Nyilvánvalóan nem vagyok kompatibilis a fennálló világrenddel... ;) )

° Responsible for performance of various functions within the team as allocated ° Organize own and team's day to day tasks per functional procedures to ensure all priority tasks are completed to deadline specifically using the appropriate systems/tools ° Review weekly figures against designated metrics and provide status on reportable items where required ° Deal with regular queries from internal clients (based in London and NYC) ° Understand the functions of the business supported and is able to consider the implications of their own actions within the group ° Take responsibility for more complex transactions and functions in the team. ° Cover all aspects of people management including recruitment, training and performance management, provide structured training, succession planning and career development for team members ° Set team goals and encourage efficiencies through changes to work processes ° Act as a leader and role model to the team and others in the division |
| Követelmények / Job requirements: |
° +10 years industry experience (bank), minimum 5 years experience in managing teams ° Solid C++ experience is a must, and Java is highly desired ° Excellent understanding of fixed income rates products, markets and electronic trading ° Strong technical background, experience with managing full software development life cycle " Track record of taking ownership of front office projects and successful delivery ° Business facing experience gained in banking industry ° Confident, fluent English knowledge ° Previous people and project management experience is a must ° Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office, and/or other relevant applications |
